Cook ACO

Tracks visits, logins, form views, and submissions for logged-in members. Requires the latest Client Directory Apps Script (see bottom of Manage).

Separate Cook ACO Invoice Google Sheet. PAS Fee is always the line total. Matching uses the first word of Profile Name (case-insensitive). Two steps: Link clients writes Discord User ID first; Send invoices only runs for rows that already have an ID (no receipt until linked).

Invoice commands live on the Analytics tab under Cook ACO Metrics (Link / Send / Reminders / Check payments + live logs).

Product Images tab — paste Google Drive URLs in image_url. display_name + image is enough; canonical_id is auto-generated. Use Sync aliases from invoices to scan the Invoices tab and add matching product spellings to aliases (requires redeployed invoice script).

Each Check payments run polls Gmail repeatedly for up to ~8 seconds. Progress is saved in this browser — if it stops after 120 batches, click again to resume (not restart). If the Cash App email has not arrived yet, it stays pending — click again anytime, or let the daily midnight (Pacific) cron retry. Invalid transaction numbers and amount mismatches are written to Notes immediately.

The bot sends invoice and reminder DMs and reads payment replies. Discord Developer Portal → your app → Bot → copy token → Vercel env DISCORD_BOT_TOKEN. Enable Server Members Intent. Invite bot with Send Messages + Read Message History. General Information → Public Key → DISCORD_PUBLIC_KEY. Interactions Endpoint URL: https://www.cookaco.com/api/discord/interactions (required for Discord verification — invoice actions run from the buttons above, not slash commands).

Setup: Script property SHEET_API_SECRET must match Vercel. Deploy Web app → Me → Anyone. Use Seed example rows once for Cooklo test data. Update api/invoice-config.json and redeploy. After this Checkouts update, copy/redeploy the invoice script so the Checkouts tab can be created. Scraper posts to /api/checkouts/webhook using that same secret.

Clients never see these URLs. After saving, update api/forms-config.json in the repo and redeploy to Vercel.

⚠ Important: Use doGet (not doPost). Target and Sam's Club use the script below (creates Submissions and IMAP tabs on first submit). All other forms use the standard script. Deploy as Web app → Me → Anyone. After updating: paste the new script and redeploy — keeps CVV/exp/zip as text. Pokémon always reads/writes the named Submissions tab and blocks duplicate email, card, Address Line 1, and phone. First names must be unique per Discord profile name (last name may repeat; other members may use the same first name). Target / Sam's use Submissions + IMAP; block duplicate email, card, or phone (names may be reused if they match card/shipping). Old Sam's rows on legacy tabs are left as-is — new submissions go to the new tabs.

Runs automatically on every successful Discord login. Stores Discord User ID for future invoice bot use. Create a Google Sheet, deploy the script below, then paste the /exec URL at the bottom.
